Layered an AI creative scorer that reads every ad's copy + visual signals and assigns a 0–100 performance score with a written reasoning trail.
Replaced manual reporting with a real-time dashboard: CTR, ROAS, CPL, score distribution — visible without anyone touching a spreadsheet.
